The front desk attendant or receptionist is very rude, sarcastic and to top it off she gets bothered by the fact that she has to do her job. This one individual makes the establishment look bad. Everyone else was helpful

Frames broke less then a year they informed me the warranty covered the replacement, less than 6 months then Frame broke in the same spot, the guy on the phone informed me the 2d pair of frames were not under warranty
