Had my son's Birthday party at this location today and couldn't have been happier! My host was amazing, the place was so clean and saw sanitation going on at all times to keep us all safe, but most of all my baby had an amazing Birthday where Momma didn't have to run around like a chicken with her head, well you know the rest! We will be back many times before his party next year! Thank you for a great party 🎉

Went for a kid's birthday party. Nice layout of the floor and tables. Loads of games for different ages. Kept pretty clean. Food was better than expected. I like the security measure for kids to leave with the correct adult.

My grandsons first visit ❣️ We all had fun overall! I was happy that the tokens i bought about 2 years ago still worked. We lost a few on one game that wasn't working (basketball). Didn't bother to ask to be reimbursed ☺️

Chuck E. is not out roaming the restaurant constantly. He comes out at various times (as, obviously, it is an employee who is also performing other duties). The big TVs in the party area announce his arrival about 7 minutes before he is due to come out (so you have time to gather your children that want to see him). During busy/peak times I've noticed he comes out about every 45 min-1 hour...slow times, 1.5 hours-2 hours (makes sense as you are less staffed during non-peak times. As far as Chuck E. saying "No" to a pic, you must have got a bad apple of an employee and I would have nicely spoke to a manager about that. He/she probably didn't work there very long. I've never had Chuck E. tell one of my nephews "No" for a pic before.
