We were in the market for customized pool and covered patio in late 2020. We relied on Houston Cool Pools on the suggestion of a king time family friend. They couldn’t have been more accurate in terms of the quality, pricing and response work we would receive in working with HCP. Obviously during Covid there were sourcing issues along with resource availability for construction, but the management team was in constant dialogue in getting the project executed and designed to our liking. The quality of installation was unmatched and performance wise we have had essentially no issues aside of heater items (we all felt the freeze). In terms of pricing we solicited bids from 3 other companies and HCP was more than competitive in terms of price point vs scope of supply. We knew what we wanted and they didn’t try to oversell us which was appreciated. The service was impeccable in that when a crew was scheduled to be onsite they were always prompt and on time. Christmas Eve and they were laying our travertine as advised. So it’s been more than 2 years since we first reached out and anytime we need feedback or guidance on maintenance of equipment or water maintenance they are always available and willing to provide insight. We are more than content with all aspects of this company and would strongly recommend to anyone in the market. Just a top notch experience all around.

We started working with Byron and Houston Cool Pools because we had friends that used them and referred them. We started the pool about 3 momths ago and it's already completed. That is including the time we lost due to bad weather, otherwise, it would have been done 3-4 weeks ago! Incredible how fast the team over there (Miguel, Kristy, Mike, Byron) finished our pool. It came out better than we expected! They designed the pool the way we asked, created the plans and computer generated rendition of how it would look and then constructed the whole pool from the digging to the last day when we filled it up with water and lit chemicals in it. We still have landscaping to do around the pool to complete the entire backyard but once it's finished we'll post pictures. Thank you HCP!

This pool builder is highly recommended. The people there are professional and very experience. They offer competitive pricing also. From the design stage to the completion, they were responsive and attentive to details. Their experience was a big plus in building our swimming pool. We had a unique water feature in addition to some custom items added to the project and they completed everything to our satisfaction. Big thanks to Mike, the owner. I highly recommend Mike Lopez and Houston Cool Pools. When we were taking bids for our pool construction, Mike was the only contractor willing to listen to what we wanted in a pool and not just try to sell us a cookie cutter pool that they thought we needed. Construction went smoothly throughout the entire process. The Houston Cool Pools crews were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and professional. Mike was very proactive throughout the entire construction process. Mike also maintains a great customer relationship/service even after construction is complete. My pool is now 10 years old and I still contact Mike if I have any questions or just need some advice. When it comes time for repairs, Mike will be the first one I call. In a nutshell, you cannot go wrong using Houston Pool Cools for all of your pool needs.
