We contract Amos Pools to put in our pool in February of 2021. We happily used it for the summer of 2021...however, in the spring of 2022, we started to notice water standing around our pool. Small amount at first, so we called Amos out...service guys came and claimed to patched 2 holes! Well, the water continued to accumulate around the pool on the ground. We called them out a 2nd time because the water was now covering where the pipes were continuously, so maybe there was a leak in the lines...the service guys came out, took a quick look and said "nope, has to be a hole in the liner not the pipes. If you want us to come back out and look for a hole in the liner you can call and schedule that." So 2 service visits later still nothing fixed. By this time, the ground around our pool was a moat like around a castle! We were having to fill up about 2 feet of water in our pool daily! Now Amos pools will not even return our phone calls. They did however send us a $200 service bill for telling us that there was no leak in the pipes! Ha! We had to take it upon ourselves to drain the entire pool because our yard was a swamp, still no answer from Amos! Have not been able to use our pool all Summer. Horrible company! By the way, I am happy to post phone records where we have tried to call and they have not responded to any of our messages.

Had our pool installed by prior owned company AAM. Happy to hear the new company ownership kept the best employees and records!! Had a patch done to get me through til new liner was available, great service!

We have used this company twice for installation. Even though it was another group of guys for the second installation of a 27 round pool they left us very impressed as the first time with the work ethic , professionalism and their effort for perfection in the installation. The owners of the company are as quick and responsive through out the process answering questions , scheduling and checking in with us . Would recommend to all my friends if they are in the market for a pool .
