Yes the technician was very professional she explained everything that she was doing she explained the different machines she made you feel comfortable and it was very nice it was a very nice study

APNIX technicians are highly educated in many facets of sleep disorders, not just physiological but psychological concerns as well. PTSD is REAL. Trauma that effected you and your sleep is important.
