Poor communication, way overpriced for what they actually do, and stole money through unauthorized transactions which I now have to dispute. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My dig LOVES going to day care! They were super careful to Intergrated her slowly so she’d be comfortable. The team know what they are doing with dogs!! Only thing that could be better… if day care could start at 7, it would help me get to my day on time.

I booked the VIP cabin for my two bullies at $150/night for three nights. Then, when they confirm your booking, they send you a confirmation email that says that if you can't pick your dogs up by 10 am on your return date, they will charge you an additional day of boarding. So, because I wouldn't be able to pick my dogs up first thing in the morning on my return date, their boarding was going to cost me $600 for three nights, rather than $450. Naturally, I cancelled the booking (that kind of price gouging is at best an abusive business practice, and at worst some kind of extortion), and booked my dogs at Houston Pet Lodge, where they got a bigger VIP suite for half the price, I was able to pick them up in the afternoon on my return date, and the staff posted pictures of them to the client portal several times a day.

After boarding my dog there for a week, I am sorry to say I will not do that again. My dog is aggressive and fearful so I was so pleased to find a place was willing to take her in. The staff seemed nice and the facility looked good from the outside (we were not allowed in but that’s okay). My dog was not happy when I picked her up. She seemed lethargic and was panting pretty heavily. She also reeked of urine. She also lost a little weight. I had to bathe her in the rain as soon as we got home. I also noticed her tongue was pale and her jowls were red and swollen. She skipped dinner and slept from 3pm Friday to noon on Saturday. Not like her at all. After speaking to the vet, we suspect it may have been symptoms of heat stroke. She’s okay now but I couldn’t ethically take her back there. I paid all that money and my dog was not well cared for. I’m not sure what happened but I won’t go back. I was really looking forward to having a place she could safely board but this is definitely not it.

They can do that. They will train your dog. But is not cheap. It will cost you some money.
