The customer service is bad.. I asked a question about a hair piece and the owner lady got super mad, like red mad. BIG mad. lol and my question was about the color of the hair, not an offensive question at all. The things they sell are overpriced and the employees are sometimes WAAAAY nicer than the owner and her husband. Word of advice: be nice to your customers, a smile and genuine care goes a long way.

We as a black community have to do better spending our money with racist people like these people in this store. It’s ridiculous! I was told my spending minimum has to be $10, then the next time $5. I asked the owner what was the difference and he stated “who cares it’s my store”. Just ridiculous. Please stop going here!!! They do not like our kind, they just like our money!
