Lived here since 2016 when San Mar properties owned the complex. As soon as KRC Management took over nothing gets fixed no matter how many times you bring it up. My a/c has been leaking since the end of July and it now has stopped blowing cold air during the hottest week of the year. They don't care about the animals, whether they're yours or the stray cats that have lived here (constantly having litters of kittens and spraying everything). The "pest control" that comes by, pretty much does nothing. Whatever they put down attracts more roaches than it kills. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!

Been here since 1998. Was happy until KRC management. Manager does not fix anything. She is incompetent and either she does nothing about a problem or keeps putting me off. Can't wait to move out. Slumlords!

The boss of the manager here has actitud with tenants (Denis is very rude) We have a lot of problema inside the apartment it take a long time to come and fix, no matter how big is the problem they not put attention to any tenants here.

Been here for almost two years and I'm upgrading to bigger apartment here.. It's quiet with occasional new comer who decides they wanna party all night but if you report it to security then Summer the manager she's quick to get it resolved.. 4 stars only because there's no washer dryer inside , no spa, no gym. Only downside really...bettee in these apartments than the ones around us........ .....update moved out like 3 years or so ago now. But my 2nd apartment started having issues. When I moved it the carpet was still wet and there was like a 20lb bag of rice thrown all over the front room ans they just shampoo over it! I had to wear slippers through the house cuz when I would just wear socks my feet would be black. Crazy. The thermostat was stuck in Celsius. Then one day the air conditioning starting leaking. I opened the top up and water just poured out. I ended up moving out early they never even bothered to fix it . They told ne to put a bucket under it . Was horrible. Never rent there again.

I am not sure, the one U try does not ever answer. The managent company is beyond terrible. They have a 1 star rating for all the properties they manage. Rent from somewhere else, you will do yourself a HUGE favor. Make sure any place you look at is not managed by the same company.
I lived in an upstairs two bedroom there at Briarwood Apts. in the year 1983. Seems like the rent may have been, that is may have been $375 monthly, distinct women living below, in the downstairs: no names known then or now. Section 42 or Section 8, and/or Vouchers Choice may balance out synonymously or compatibly here, although it is most important to weigh proper, and nothing of falsehood, or potentially detectable confliction, which could/can be a waste. The Housing Authority must be proven as true, which can be important/vital, before proceeding.
