Amazing friendly staff great cut I loved it

I called on a Saturday to make an appointment on Sunday and the girl said they can't do that anymore. My wife needed a color and cut and the girl said they could do it but would have to call in tomorrow. I called the next day when they first open and for the first 20 minutes it rang busy after 12 calls. So I went there in person and there was only one customer and she said that she did not unhook the phone yet I called and it was still busy. She was lying. Then she said that they were not doing colors on weekends. Told her that they should have told me yesterday, she said she can't answer to that. I told heard that employee should be on the same page then she then she had attitude and said she didn't have time to talk to me anymore about this. So I told her this was BS and I would complain to the HR department which she says fine then.
