Well I totally understand how this location has and maintains 5-star reviews. Arianna and Nate are the perfect combo for providing excellent service from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Kristen is the best RN around as well if you try the IV Drip. Overall a great business and a great staff.

quick responses to any concerns. there was an issue with my card being charged 6 months after i thought i cancelled my membership and i called pretty angry. I was an irresponsible adult voicing my anger, but the wonderful woman who answered the phone handled the situation very professionally and took care of the situation very fast, and i will now be receiving a refund. it was due to a misunderstanding of when i thought i previously cancelled my membership but it was instead placed on a 6 month suspension. instead of them saying "oh well you should've made sure it was cancelled", the manager Jefferey was very cool and said "no worries we will give you a refund". It was because I didnt fill out the forum that is required for cancellations. i was given the forum and filled it out online. the situation was handled fast and professionally
