Mediocre customer service. I went in for a specific model. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged for quite some time. I was told another had all the same features (which was incorrect). Jay (the associate) helped another customer with carrying his purchase and wouldn't ask if I would like help. And finally, Jay kept telling me I'm getting a $200-250 discount off MSRP and the final sale price on my receipt matches MSRP on Miele's website. Not at all what I expected when making such a large purchase. I expected my purchase to have the new power head and I don't need to be mislead about discounts or treated differently from other customers. Jay, all you had to do was sell me a Miele C3 with the lights on the power head, that's what I went in for and what I asked for, that was my only expectation.
