Yes they do but they have seemed to be short staffed lately. I know they have certain times you can come in to renew, I don’t know on hand but they have a sign up near the front desk with times to come in for those services

I'm a member of the public, not a postal employee, but you can ship any day they are open--and even when there is no staff through the self-service machines. Because of Covid and delays, I doubt they can guarantee any one-day options. If you call them, UPS, and FedEx you might find someone who can try and find associated costs.

You can do it online @ USPS.com or go into the post office they have a form to fill out

If you indicated that you would like your hold mail delivered either online or on a yellow card at the post office it should be delivered. But this is a free service. This shouldn't have cost you $10. I hope you didn't get scammed.

I am having delivery problems. I consistently get other peorple's mail. Yesterday, I did not receive any mail. Today I checked my neighbor's mail box and found my mail in his box. He has moved to Florida for the winter. Had I not checked my mail woul d have been in that box until he returns. My address is 22928 Pilcher Rd.His address is 22926 Pilcher Rd. Please inform my carrier to be more careful and observant when delivering the mail. My neighbor's mail at 22926 is to be forwarded to his address in Naples, Florida..
