Really rude and unprofessional, specifically had one bad experience from one of the workers in the lab giving me a container with no name/date etc until one of receptionist called it out saying I needed my information on the sample container. The worker seemed really annoyed and was just rushing the process without making sure it’s done right. If you get annoyed and get impatient easily then customer service related jobs aren’t for you, especially in the health industry where you will meet all kinds of people and kids etc. Other than that, two workers, a man and woman from the lab were nice and very attentive to my son. This was on May 31, 22 around 10:15am

I've been a patient at Marysville Clinic 20+ years. Overall, the care is quite good for the basics, when in doubt they will refer you out to a specialist. Phone calls, referrals and prescriptions can be chaotic considering how busy the clinic gets, but their MyChart app helps coordinate those issues. Covid has put this community clinic to the test. They have recently lost a few fine physicians including the Director. SeaMar accepts most insurances and has a great financial department to work with for low-no income folks. Ample parking, on busline, next to McDonalds (for that after jab ice cream cone!). They serve dozens of patients a day, so a little patience, understanding and friendliness to the staff goes a long way towards getting the same in return. 👍

The receptionists are terrible, they don't listen to anything you say, they are extremely disrespectful, the nurses are disrespectful. The doctors are okay. The wait time is horrible, I have to wait weeks to months for any appointments, and then at the appointments I have to wait super long to be checked in, super long wait to be seen by ANY doctor. I've spent 5 hours there and not even being seen just sitting waiting for someone to care.

I agree with the reviewer who said this place is a mess. They are not on top of anything--least of all my healthcare. Took me more than a month to get my meds. Was told the doctor they assigned me for a MED APPOINTMENT did not have the credentials to write my prescriptions! In spite of multiple calls and My Chart messages--it STILL took them over a month to get my meds and referrals to me. You do not get your referrals at the time of the appointment--I got only a couple in the mail. The two referrals they managed to mail to me were for doctors in downtown Seattle--more than an hour's drive away. The first doctor I saw took hours with me. A lot of the time she was out of the room. She came back with an older man and told me he was her boss or supervisor. Totally took me aback. The women or health assistants in the back are RUDE! I had to wait over a month to even get an appointment and two weeks before my appointment they cancelled to make me wait even longer, in pain, to see a doctor who was learning to be a doctor. I gave the place one more try and met with a dismissing, rude doctor who would not let my caregiver stay for my appointment with her--despite them being screened for covid and allowed inside the building, this doctor specifically took issue with them being there. This is the first doctor EVER to do such a thing. Her attitude stank. Plain and simple. Went back to my previous doctor. He's professional and kind. Really disappointed this place is so miserable--and they don't really care that they are. The people answering their phones are very personable and helpful. The woman who took my blood was more careful than any blood drawer that I have EVER seen. Her hands were literally shaking. Will NOT go back.
