Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Ordered drive-thru and the cashier told me to wait at the front parking lot & they'll hand my food out to me when it's ready. Patiently waited 15 minutes. Running late for work. I go inside and showed my receipt/asked for my food. It's been sitting on their counter all this time and no one bothered to give it to me. I asked the lady who gave my food to me, "I've been waiting awhile, why was my food not given to me?"... In a rude tone and manner she replied, "well, we're really busy right now" & went back to whatever she was doing. Before I left, I looked around and saw: 2 people in charge of drive-thru, 2 people on the front counter (for dine-in orders), 2 people cooking, and 2 other people doing random stuff for a total of 8. So it's not like they're understaffed or in need of help.

Disgusting and rude. Food was not just nasty but the Teriyaki chicken is NOT teriyaki chicken because according to Lili (shift leader that spoke to me over the phone) said that they were not allowed to give sauce to customer orders with teriyaki chicken because of a “shortage” in sauces. When I asked to speak to the manager she went blank and said she couldn’t tell me. When I asked to speak to the manager said it wasn’t there. When I asked his or her name Lili said she couldn’t tell me who it was… really? Never again!

From inside, made a to-go order Fri evening. I identified that I am deaf but speak. The 2 young ladies that served me were PHENOMINAL! And didn't miss a beat. They pointed, gestured and waved at me when I was looking away. Everything else was great too. The food was excellent, portions nice, fresh/temp were good. Service amazing! Well done!

I had simply ordered a panda bowl with chow mein and honey walnut shrimp, waited 45 minutes for it to be delivered, was really excited to get my food and opened it up to this. I immediately called and asked about my order being wrong and was told that they in fact did not receive an order with my name and billing address on it. Not cool. Paid twice the amount I usually do to get it delivered by GrubHub.
