The day I picked up my glasses, the young man was in a bad mood. The optical techs had quit, and he was short staffed. American Best on South Buckner Dallas Texas do not have roomy frames which limit the choices. I went to another optical shop for my second pair and requested American Best (AB) to fax the script. They promised that they would. After 2 days of requesting with 4 phone calls no results. Priscilla told me she was too busy to fax my script. I called the headquarters of AB, they were civil and promised to check into the matter. The next day I received a call from AB's customer service who stated the glasses script would be faxed in 10 minutes. The next day, to my dismay, the script was not faxed. I will go and pick up my script, but will NEVER purchase another pair of glasses from American Best (AB) nor visit any of their locations again!!!

Never will I ever go back Poor quality glasses break to easy Manufacture Issue with the screw part and they tell me the insurance that I paid of 25$ is good for 1 time in a year, when I was told that I can go back if it happens again BECAUSE it’s a manufacturer issue… I should have known better to go somewhere else 😒 so disappointed
