Yes, to private property. First of all, I would have taken the ticket in to the Motel 6 and expected them to take care of it! YOU ARE THEIR GUEST! 2ndly, prove your stay at the motel 6 and placard. They'll most likely drop/dismiss the ticket. 3rdly Motel 6 should have given you a parking pass to put in your window stating you were a guest.... Lastly, Always be sure where ever you stay BE SURE to get a parking pass from the hotel to put in your window. Placard or not. I stayed at Marriott being disabled myself, they made me "PAY" for parking... ???? With that, I'm Shocked & looking for a reimbursement!
Yes, when you go to renew it it'll come up as outstanding warrants and you'll have to clear those in order to get your license! If you contact them you can make payment arrangements!

I don't think so. My suggestion is to get it from the Regional Justice Center-RJC in Kent 3rd floor District Court Admin
