Management is helpful , Especially Phillip . Seans’ also a nice guy ; he resolved my issues . Nice area quiet neighborhood and pretty scenery. The residents in the building is friendly. Also nice maintenance :)

Awful management! Dirty building. They rent to any and anyone. Any given day you're sure to see random trash bags in the hallway. The cleanup guy too busy on his phone behind the dumpster all day. Serious rodent and bug problems.
