Ordered online for a single cheese pizza. App said it would be ready in 20 to 25 mins. Went up there and saw a lobby full of people. The staff was all hiding in the back of the kitchen. After finally waiting about q 10 to 15 minutes a male came up and asked how many people had online orders. There were six of us. He couldn't remember all the names. I suggested he get a pen and paper and he still tried the remember the names though he couldn't. After another 5 minutes of them trying to figure things out, they finally brought a few orders up. I could see about 10 to 15 pizzas just lying around in the back. The pizza we had was cold. Asked for refund but that seemed to confuse the male cashier like he just has a malfunction. I'll call management and ask for a refund later.

Wow i love going here the pizza fresh and ready and i never waiting long time for pizza there super fast me and my kids love pizza and I'm glad little Cesar is feeding us great yummy Pizza 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 thank you workers and manager for the best customer service

The young lady working the cash register does not want to be there she does not know how to communicate. I know how this place is; it’s slow so I usually order what I see they have in stock today I ordered bread sticks and cheese bread I seen it she seen it but proceeded to go to the back and talk to her friend there were 2 ppl ahead of me … guess what we were waiting for nothing all she had to do was hand us what we paid for 🤷🏾‍♀️The manager had to come out the back & he seemed super busy bless his heart. But ma’am you applied for this job either do the job or call in you made us wait for no reason

Becca was extremely rude. Obviously they are way behind. For some reason they are not using the notification feature.. My pizza was 1.5 late so I was not standing outside the door as she called my name. I was waiting on a notification. She said she doesn't know why they aren't using that feature and was wondering why I was upset because I got my pizza.
