Let me just say this, we went there yesterday at about 2pm, maybe a little later. The manager, on point. The wonderful lady running the register, on point. Yes, there could have been more pizzas out but we were like the only ones there and as soon as a crowd picked up, they served more. No big deal, always treat the employees nice and it'll be a great experience. Will be back. We live over an hour away in Sherman and this is the best Cici's out of all three we live by.

Apparently we came at the wrong time. I wanted to order a custom request pizza because the pizza bar was low on options and was turned away by an employee. But the table adjacent to me was able to request a custom pizza. The Buffet was turning out dry pizza’s left and right. Overall it was a terrible dining experience. I mean, I don’t expect much from cici’s. We just wanted to go to Cici's for old time sake. I spent like 17 dollars and got like 10 dollars worth of food. Really disappointing!

Taking my 5 star and replacing with 1 star. Absolutely horrible in every direction. I get it low budget buffet. But you can't go wrong in everything. First no one at register. 5min wait. Then I got my first plate and waited 16 minutes for a clean table. Over 20 tables were empty and dirty. Then the sound of crashing stacks of plates 2x hitting the floor in a rush to clean tables was pure anxiety! The pizza was ALL soggy raw dough! Line was filthy! I couldn't imagine what's going on in the back if this is what's in sight. I would eat there again if I was paid to.

The manager, his wife and the staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. We brought 60 band kids last minute and they were so nice and helpful with everything! The food was delicious, restaurant was clean and buffet was full. We will definitely be back. Thank you again guys!
