There should be an option for ZERO stars. The incompetence of the office staff and the grounds supervisor is astounding. I am not done with these people by a long shot. They buried my mother-in-law in the wrong grave so we had to watch her get buried twice. They actually had the audacity to blame the funeral home. Stevie Wonder could probably take a better guess at which plot to bury her in if the diagram was in braille. Hint: The two other graves have the same last name as my mother-in-law.

Do you still have this problem? The flowers I leave are always gone as well even when I use artificial ones. I left flowers for my cousins bday and not even 2 weeks later when I went again they were gone.
