I really am so sorry I ever picked this cemetery for my parents. I go there numerous times a month putting flowers and other decorations on their Graves as well as my father in law each time they damaged them . They threw my father-in-law things to the side to set up a spot above him . I was there 10-14-22 to water flowers on my mother's grave I went today 12-17-22 &they threw them away yet there was grave there full of things. They cut the grass down to nothing but dirt in the summer cause they don't want to do it numerous times. I would prefer they didn't cut it at all & I would do it myself. It's so disrespectful.

When I visit Chicago, I always visit grandpa's grave, the office staff are so nice, when I could not find an uncle in the family area, and they looked it up and he had no tomb stone..they were so kind and caring...

Hello Priscilla, There are a few ways you can obtain a grave location and receive assistance locating it: visit the office during business hours and ask a staff member, use one of the self-service kiosks when the office is open, or use our online locator tool (Find Your Loved One), located on our website here: https://www.catholiccemeterieschicago.org/Burial/Access .

I can't find the my ancestors records and yet my sisters and I visited the cemetery years ago and saw their graves. Are not all the graves listed. We even payed for a grave marker for my great aunt to be installed.

Hello Stella, We have a search tool on our website called Find Your Loved One that you can use to look up locations https://www.catholiccemeterieschicago.org/Burial/Access , the cemetery staff can also help if you give them a call 847.647.9845. If you are looking at a website like Find a Grave, that is NOT accurate and the cemetery does not control the information that is posted there.
