CLPL's hours of operation are 9 am - 9 pm Monday through Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm Friday & Saturday, and 1 pm - 5 pm on Sunday. Visit our website for holiday closings: https://www.clpl.org/about-us/closings/
You can look in the online catalogue - or if you need to contact them and talk to a person about a question they have (or did as of the summer) a live chat function from the website. I used it to schedule picking up holds because F phone calls honestly 🙃

There is a reference desk with helpful staff during regular hours. Once entolled you can access the library services anywhere you have internet access 24x7 Do you live within the city limits of Crystal Lake? While the Library is closed, apply via email for a Library card for individuals who live within the city limits.
Depends on the position but there is also an incredible group of volunteers whose compensation is the service they bring to other patrons of the library.
They have a similar database called Hoopla. You gave to a CLPL card holder.
You can renew a book about two times but not if it has a hold
