This Jiffy Lube in Forney, Texas, is the absolute best! We have brought all three of our family's cars here for state inspections, brakes, tires, and oil changes. The prices are good, but, more importantly, the employees here are who makes all the difference. CJ and Ron are honest and professional and go above and beyond for every customer, and they seem to have modeled that behavior to every employee. The tire guy is nice, the inspection guy is nice, and the guy running out to greet you is nice! Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Extremely friendly staff but they need to do something about the wait times (Online appointments please!!!). Came on a Wednesday at 3:00, it took 2.5 hours for an oil change and state inspection. Asked an employee if I came at a bad time and he said no, it’s always like this. No way I’m returning if they don’t put a better system into place.

The best place to get your oil changed. The manager and the employees are very nice. There is always a wait, so get here early. I got an oil change, inspection, and brakes. The employees were kind enough to provide me with discount coupons. There is free wifi and a TV. You can also sit outside and wait.
