Horrible customer service… Very RUDE!!! Manager especially Rude and egotistical I DO NOT RECOMMEND. In response to your Reply… You know that was NOT my issue I explained that someone gifted me a Gift Card to cover the massage appointment and you told me that you wanted me to give you my cc# over the phone and you were going to Charge my card. Why would I do that I don’t know you or your business I don’t know if you’re a scammer or anything. And a whole 3 days before the appointment anything can happen between then. Sorry it doesn’t make sense to me that I should freely give a stranger my cc# over the phone when I had no intentions on even paying you with my cc for the services because I have the GIFT CARD that was gifted to me Lady. I explained that and you said “you don’t need new business” which is why I called you EGOTISTICAL.! Ma’am You’re Very unprofessional. I STILL DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS…. I went here for the first time today for an hour massage and it was great! Everyone here is so friendly. Janéa is awesome and makes you feel so welcome and relaxed, I highly recommend her.
