I overall give it good place to work for. It's a relaxed atmosphere . I have very helpful coworkers and managers. Yes you will encounter tough situations here. But if you have a will to persevere you can.

The companies logisticare hire is sad! The dispatchers will call the driver while they are transporting a client and most drives don’t have headphones or speaks. Safety first! And 1 company in particular D N T needs new training, new dispatch and Communication. The 1 hour wait always turn into longer and it sucks

Thank you, Ms. Dodrill. Many members who use LogistiCare still call the cabs of the actual transportation company a "LogistiCare Cab". Thus the misunderstanding and the overuse of putting the blame all on the Call Center. It is unfortunate that transportation providers, trusted to provide safe & timely rides for all Medicaid members, haven't been keeping with the requested standards. Sadly, LogistiCare does not have the ability to control these Transportation Providers. LogistiCare assigns trips to Transportation Providers that are highly able to transport the member to their destinations. LogistiCare holds the Transportation Providers accountable for tardiness and unprofessional behavior, reporting them to the Health and Human Service Commission. In short, LOGISTICARE IS NOT THE CAB SERVICE THAT PICKS YOU UP AND DRIVES YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please refrain from labeling LogistiCare as the Transportation Provider and blaming them for the incidents of others. Thank you.

IT DOESN'T ALWAYS AND WHEN THEY MESS UP AS TO WHERE YOU NEED TO GO YOU HAVE TO CA WHY YOU ARE IN THE VAN TO GET REVERIFICATION SO THAT YOY CAN GET TO WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE GOING OTHERWISE THEY WILL HOLD YOU IN THE VAN AND WILL NOT LET YOU OUT UNTIL THEY HOPEFULLY GET STRAIGHTENED OUT OR THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WHEREEVWR, IT HAS HAPPENEX TO ME! THEIR "REASONING" IS THAT "THAT IS WHAT'S WRITTEN ON THEIR LOG SO THIS THE WAY IT IS! I HAVE BEEN DROPPED OFF AT PLACES I DIDN'T BELONG AND HAD NO WAY TO GET TO MY APPT. SO I MSSED IT AND CALLED THEM JUST A FEW MINS. LATER AND TOLD THEM TO COME BACK TO GET ME! THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL, SEVERAL, OCCASSIONS! I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO GET OUT! THE ONE TIME THEY ABSOULUTELY WOULD NOT LET ME OUT OF THE VAN I CALLED THE POLICE WHILE I WAS IN THE VAN, THEY JUST NOT,WOULD NOT LET ME OUT! AGAIN, THEIR SO CALLED"REASONING" WAS THAT THEY COULD NOT LET ME OUT BUT AT THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THEIR LOG NO MATTER WHAT,EVEN IF YOU MISS YOU'RE NO @WRONG PL.
You have to call "wheres my ride". Theyre open 24 hours a day to do so. They just ask for a 4 hour notice
