I am unsure about public attending. I am certain that only licensed dealers can make bids to purchase vehicles. If one is avquainted or familiar with a licensed buyer then that dealer can pirchase on your behalf.

Did you get plate number or a van number? If not no matter, call and ask to speak Transport manager. They will hopefully address this matter to their drivers.
