I've been there since Friday and I haven't seen any sign of racial discrimination. I've observed them be nothing but kind to all, regardless of race.
Yes the place is clean and they also served breakfast at 9 a.m, you pick from the menu , and 12 noon lunch and 5 p.m dinner...
