never got back to me. read the reviews ahead of time. requested a number to follow up with a manager and they said no. they never called me back.

waited from 8am to 7pm for pick up called 2x to make sure they were coming and both times was told they were, never showed. Called next day and wanted to speak with someone, was told they would call me back. NOTHING. I will never ever donate anything to them again and spreading the word to friends and family.

Hi Janice, We're sorry but we are not able to accept large furniture. As a general rule, we only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry. Please refer to our acceptable donations list at pickupplease.org/slp1/#acceptable-donations for more information. We prefer to pick up from the ground level outside your apartment building. The drivers are not allowed to enter private residences or secured areas. Typically, our drivers are not allowed to go past the 2nd floor. Thanks!

Hi Eileen, We only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to easily lift and carry. Our drivers are not allowed help due to liability reasons. We’re sorry but we are not able to accept mattresses or box springs. Thank you for considering us though!

Generally speaking, we can only accept items that are small and light enough for one person to carry. Thank you!
