This place was Amazing!! Though parking is hard/limited to get around here, but the experience and the game was great, and named our team as “Savage” this full body immersive virtual reality was really awesome! And maybe about or more than 30mins game time just enough, Amazingly we survived the Deadwood Mansion with a party of 5, and to keep the momentum great the staff crew who assisted us, he is really great, just right after the game we received 2videos, good service! Will definitely be back and looking forward for our next game we are now looking at AmberSky as our next. Sandbox VR is highly recommended… Till our next game.

Took my husband 4 Valentine's Day. Choose deadwood mansion and Star wars Deadwood mansion was hands down Amazing, true quality The VR was incredible. Downright scary. I felt like somebody dropped me off in the middle of a zombie movie. I loved it. My husband loved it. I would recommend it to everyone. So fun! Star wars was cool too but for anyone who likes zombies please do it. I can't wait to go back. I'm not going to stop till we do VR experience that they have available. Also want to say the staff was incredible The moment we walked in does the time left. I forget the two names of the staff that assisted us with the gear in the rooms but they were so kind and courteous and helpful

TAKEAWAY: COME AN HOUR EARLY FOR FUN EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDLY PEOPLE I see a lot of people complaining about the 10 minute policy, but if you realize you’re gonna be late ahead of time, I would suggest calling ahead of time to get it switched to a later time/date. This happened to me and Micheal was so understanding and I was able to get a later time in the same day. I would suggest coming an HOUR earlier in case of any mishaps or troubles you may have beforehand. You can see the surrounding area in the meantime. On top of that, the zombie experience was AWESOME!! Carlos was at the front and he was welcoming and helped us get our waivers signed. Cameron was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. There was some technical issues but they were resolved fairly quickly by both men mentioned above. At the end, they show a “trailer” of your vr experience. Overall, super fun and I’ll be back with a large group of friends to experience this with me next time.

I would have given it a 5 star but because I had a bad experience the first time around which could have been avoided I will give it only a 4 star. First I want to say thank you to Millette and Carlos when they heard about my bad experience they immediately reached out and offered and apology and refunds. They then allowed my family and I to come back and play at no charge. We had such a great time when we play at no charge that we then decided to book a birthday party there. We had a group of 9 people and everyone had a blast. Thank you Carlos!
