It's a regular shopping mall in downtown San Francisco. There is an outlet mall named San Francisco Premium Outlets but it is in Livermore, CA (40 mins drive from SF, CA).

This mall used to have a Sanrio store, but it has since closed. If you want cute Japanese gifts from Sanrio and more, I'd recommend checking out Japantown, about 1.5 miles from Westfield.

I have not seen electric chairs for use by mall shoppers. It would be best for you to call their business office located within the the mall itself. Or their information desk.

The only video-game-related stores in the Westfield are Razer (gaming PCs/accessories) and Microsoft Store (Xbox One/gaming PCs). For specifically PlayStation or even Nintendo, you would want to cross the street to GameStop or Target at Metreon.

There is no GameStop in Westfield. There is one right across the street on Market. The only gaming related stores in the mall are Razer (PCs/accessories) and The Microsoft Store (Xbox One/PCs).

The Century theater in Westfield does have reserved seating, just like the AMC Metreon across the street. You select your seat(s) at the box office or online at Fandango or directly from Cinemark.

The mall is closed for thanksgiving day, but it will be open at 7 am to 10 pm on Black Friday.

The Westfield Mall IS NOT under construction at this time. Its shocking seeing that everything else in the City is!

If you are arriving into the fourth street Caltrain Depot you will want to get any embarcadero train and stay on the ride until you get to church street station and then off board and wait for the N-Judah train.
