There is no official parking. And street parking is usually taken during the day. Park sideways close by.
You can drop them and park and come back back to pick them up. Best place to do that is park in the entrance of the 5th street, i see all the rime big buses stop to drop people off
The Mall has no parking but there are 4 garages nearby. Ellis o'fallell, the union squarr garage. However for busses I think you might have to go further out and walk/tram in.
You should be able to side park, or adjust north of market curb parking. The early the better good luck!
