Lies and more lies. Walking into the main entrance, you can smell a hint of urine with French fries lingering in the air. If you look at my pictures, you will notice a "nurse" not wearing a mask. Why? I have too. Is she to good for mask? Instead of having a room full of nurses sitting around laughing (next to the main entrance) maybe they should be caring for the patients. After reading all these reviews, I'm going to start calling the State of New York and see what they have to say.....

It has been a year and a half since my mom, Barbara Ritter passed. She moved in August of 2020, during Covid. Besides not being able to come into facility, I was able to talk with her and nurses and staff every day, even several times a day. Mom had Dementia. She enjoyed her Apartment, and sitting with ladies at nurses station, to eat and talk. It is a Agreed that they were short staffed, as is / was every facility, hospital, doctors office, community businesses, EVERYWHERE!! This should not be held against anyone, as they did their best to accommodate, under circumstances. This is a remarkable facility, and Super Amazing people. THANKYOU AGAIN ❤️

I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone. I am a traveler from South Carolina that was on an assignment here at this facility. I was only here 1 week and 1 day. The DIRECTOR OF NURSING is very unprofessional. Not to mention she put her hands on me that was caught all on camera. I have filed a harassment violation against her. This place is not recommended for anyone. These people do not care what they say or how they even treat you. I am hoping she gets all that is going to happen behind this situation.
