We needed to check in early, and even though our room was ready we were charged extra to get in before the 3 p.m. check in time. We get to the elevator and as we were getting in, I almost fell due to there being a large missing tile right inside the elevator. Then when we get to our room there was a dead water bug in the middle of the floor, the tv was not hooked up properly it kept saying no signal, the toilet seat in the bathroom was so loose that someone could have fallen off. There were times when our door would not lock properly, and I was able to get into the room without my key. If I could get into my room without my key, then so could anyone else. At breakfast, the area was messy and they did not have any type of protein. There was just cereal, bagels, waffles, one yogurt, and four apples. In general, the hotel needed a lot of cosmetic repair. Their pool was also closed for maintenance until further notice, which was disappointing. They did list the pool being closed on their website.

Positive: Everything was clean. Nice thick towels, clean rooms, fresh smelling facility and very hospitable! Great parking. Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Checked in, lady in not friendly at all, I would not come back here the way she is..... small TV, ceiling is dirty with looks like little spots on it. Bathroom has mold on the walls.. toilet has nasty brown stuff in it...Customer service is everything, if you can even act nice or put on a fake smile, it goes along qays... not this lady... good luck with this place, as I'll find another place to stay Saturday.

I was severly disappointed. The room was gross. The carpets had rips and stains. The bathroom ceiling had a gash and looked like it had been leaking and was moldy. The closet door was broke and would not close. The worst part was the lack of service. We had accidentally booked the wrong day and the hotel would not help with the mistake. They would not let us change our reservation and the only way we would not lose our $80 was by booking a room for $146 for one night. If you spend that much on a room, it is ridiculous if your room is disgusting!
