Emily and Dixie provided the best service I've ever experienced at a McAlister or anywhere; actually. They were very attentive and eager to help. They checked on my partner and I to make sure we had everything we needed once we received our food. They also were personable and shared their memories of toys r us with us; which really made us feel welcomed and not just another customer dining. I really enjoyed the food and conversation!!! Great job ladies!!!

The customer service at this location is decent. However, the restaurant is filthy! I wish I had taken photos. As I looked to find a booth to eat my meal today, I noticed that every booth has food in the cracks. So disgusting! It’s not new dirt/build up; this is the case during my last few visits. I’m new to this area, but not to McAlister’s. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a location that was this dirty. Underneath the parchment paper on my salad tray, there was a few pieces of Spring Mix/purple lettuce, while I had a Caesar salad (romaine lettuce). This leads me to believe I was given a dirty tray or food is not being appropriately handled in back. Cleanliness and appropriate food handling, especially in today’s environment is extremely important to me and it guides me in my decision as it relates to selecting a place to eat. If counter tops, ledges of booths, window ledges, tables, floors, truly basic details are being missed, I believe this speaks to the food safety and handling mishaps that are occurring in back and also speaks to the validity of many of the other recent reviews I am reading. It’ll definitely be a minute before I visit this location again, if ever.

The portions have gotten tiny, and the process went up. The full sandwich is the size they used to sell as a pick two. Soup was cold and half sized. $9 for a tiny sandwich. This is not a full sandwich. When I complained I was told that they made them this size now. Now I have to go find something else to eat.

This was my first visit to this location, hopefully I’ll be able to give it 5 stars in the future. Almost everything from this location was perfect! I pulled up after placing my order online, I didn’t even have to call and they brought my order out, so that was perfect! Everything in the order was correct! We weren’t missing any items and everything was made correctly. That’s even better! I ordered a couple of new lemonades. And they were really good! My 2 issues come from the bread on both of my sandwiches. It was really stale and I’ve never had this issue before. Overall, it was fine, but stale bread is never good. The second issue was with my apple sauce. Online the portion was bigger, but this is just apple sauce you can buy at the store. Kinda disappointing. Overall, the experience was a good one. Service was on point, food was correct, just a couple of things I wish were better. I’ll give them another chance!

The marked tables off for people not to sit there. Staff always have their face covered. After a customer has left a table they clean it up for the next customer to sit.
