I've been ordering from this location for a while. There have been a few mishaps but nothing like today's awful experience. I ordered online with complete instructions including suite. The tracker app read my order was delivered but it was not. I called Jimmy Johns and the GM Jake said it went to a suite that was not on the ticket. I asked for a refund because I cannot even access the floor my lunch was delivered to. The GM was rude and had given a 25% tip to a delivery person who obviously cannot or refused to read my ticket. It even had a phone number. As for the GM Jake, I guess anyone can be GM these days. I have nothing good to say about this place. I have proof that my ticket was totally ignore. Now I have to go out for my lunch when I had a lot of work to do. Rude and unreliable is the best way to describe Jimmy Johns.

Disappointed. My job is only 5 minutes away from this location but it toke them over an hour to deliver. Paid $10 for a sandwich that lack meat and veggies.

Tried the beefy black and Bleu for the first time ever I tried chicken cordon Bleu before I herd the beefy black and Bleu and make it with some bacon 🥓
