I’ve only been to this location a few times now and every time, doesn’t matter if there’s a line or not, you have to wait at least 15 minutes for your order. Today there was one car ahead of me. Then I realized when they moved up there was another car waiting. I was sitting there for a good 15 minutes when the girl came back to the window and asked what I ordered! I said the number one with cheese and fries. Waited another 5 minutes. I didn’t check the bag cuz I wanted to get out of there. Guess what? I get home and no fries! But she did include the ketchup 🤦‍♀️ ^edited to say she did apologize twice for the wait. I know places are understaffed these days so I try to give them a break. Just don’t forget my fries next time!

Super slow. My chicken tenders sat on counter for 10-15 minutes before they realized it was my order. All I got was a free large fry to compensate. Fries weren’t even hot. This location is very dirty. There was trash all over the floor and drink area needed a good wipe down. I definitely won’t go back to this location.

Took over 20 min for someone to come over the speaker and say “just one moment” which we understand procedes to order and we go to the window. Everything Is going good until we get our food, fries and cold onion rings are hard and cold. Our burgers did not have the right stuff on them. To top it off they missed a chicken sandwich so I proceed to ask for it and they guy goes “honestly didn’t even look to make sure” thank you for your honesty but ya had one job ! Anyways worst whataburger we have been to!

Ocean Rising

The fact that I arrived at 12pm on a Sunday and was able to park upfront without worrying about it being packed inside or in the drive thru should've been a hint. There's no napkins, all the tables were dirty, my cup had lint inside and wasn't very clean on the outer edges... And the tray they handed me looked filthy. Luckily the fries were delicious and the Whataburger patty wasn't burned, but I was very disappointed in this place.
