I ordered online pick up. Found out the order was wrong when I got back to work to eat it. Drove right back to have them fix it. They claimed they fixed it. Got back to work to eat again and the order was still wrong. Won’t be ordering from there again.

My wrap was perfect and my boyfriend liked his sub . The 2 working today were very nice.

Tried the drive thru tonight cause I have my young kids in car. Waited about 5 minutes at the drive up menu. I figured they were busy or it didn't work so I went to the window and just waited for about 10 minutes watching them talk and eat a cookie for them to finally come up to me and tell me the drive thru is closed. No signs, no cones, nothing to notify drivers at all.

Well, what can be done?
There is no dining in here, and masks are required upon entrance. They do ask that you remain socially distanced with markers on the floor six feet apart.
