Buying a game from here is like buying a used car from a sketchy dealership. First she asked if I’d like to pay money to sign up for some subscription. I said no. She then proceeded to tell me about the service. I told her, “I said no.” She then told me that she had to give me the whole spiel, so I stood there and listened as she continued to explain how I would save money in the long run and how “I’m pretty sure I’ve seen you in before, so it would have paid for itself by now.” I told her I’ve never been in this GameStop before. When she rang me up, it was $3 more expensive than the box. She had bundled in some sort of “service protection” without asking me, and I had to catch it in order to not be charged more. Whichever manager or regional manager is responsible for this “don’t take no for an answer” hard-sell approach is shooting themselves in the foot.

Loved it. In and out. First Lady knew PRECISELY what she was saying the second one...well not so much....rofl. but still a great place.

The hours say they are open at 10am. There's people inside but haven't given a single look at the door or the people including myself waiting outside. Ridiculous and very unprofessional. They need to update the hours or something. This is wasting peoples time and losing money. Also need to re. Evaluate their employees and perhaps get some that actually care about their job.
013 Mayhem
Terrible. Went into this store as a last ditch effort to get some gas money by selling one of my brand new xbox controllers and stayed damn near an hour only to be turned away because they have a fingerprint scanner that’s all chipped up and broken. Only one of the employees was able to play with it and get his fingerprint to work but nobody else could including myself. It literally took him several times. They also have a policy that if it doesn’t work within a couple minutes then they turn you away. So, unless you have perfect fingerprints or go to a location where their pad isn’t all jacked up and scratched up on the surface then you’ll be SOL tryna trade or sell any games. Welcome to Portland, plagued with poverty, so they set up foolish obstacles to prevent any of us that aren’t rich from getting ahead in any way. Awesome.

Youre looking at around $230 for an original ps4 model with 500gb of storage. Doubt there will be a price drop for this model, even a sale. The newer ones may go on sale but this is a good deal. For future reference, you can look up the price and availability of games and such thing on the website or the app. Reccomend the app because its got utility if you wanna see trade prices, also just better than the website.
No, there are not.
Not likely to find games for a system that old these days. I think they might sell some online
It would be nice to know what is so shady about their business practices...I have never had any issues with any Game Stop. Every location I have been to have always been honest and truthful about their products. Especially the used games they resell. They have an awesome program for buying and trading games. If your used game doesn't work, you can trade it as long as you have your receipt.
