Idk but they love to violate your fourth amendment

If you go to jail somewhere else does that count as time served

If they booked you under the warrants or charges where you owe, then yes. Otherwise, those warrants stay active. Keep in mind that although you did some time, you still need to confirm that with the issuing court, which would be the best place to get confirmation. Keep all paperwork given to you during your arrest and release.
