Everythime I travel I stay at Laquinta. This place from outside, looks good, the inside rooms, dirt as they can be. Don't know when the carpets were cleaned. I couldn't wait to get out of this place. It shouldn't be part of Laquinta family. It was disappointing, and unprofessional girl at the front desk. Making it so difficult to check in. No. I'll not recommend this place.

My niece was scrambling to find a place to hold her wedding rehearsal dinner after she found out the day of rehearsal that she couldn’t have it at her original location due to a staff member that had contracted Covid. I called and asked Vinnie Patel at the front desk if they had a conference room that could be available within two hours and he did. He allowed us to come view the room, reserve it and then said they would have tables and chairs set up in time for us to decorate and set up food. We then dashed off to get some quick decorations and came back to set up. When the food was delivered, we discovered that we didn’t have serving utensils, so Mr. Patel found some for us in their kitchen. He also said they would clean them once we finished our dinner. They had a beautiful flower arrangement in the lobby that they allowed us to use, as well. My niece and her fiancé had a wonderful rehearsal dinner as a result of the hotel’s willingness to go above and beyond at such short notice. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

Hotel was nice. Room was clean & very spacious. Crummy Shower curtain didn't keep water from running all over the bathroom floor. The actual floor along the tub was very soft & weak from water damage & didn't seem very stable

The motel was just average. When the reservation was made, i was informed that the pool was closed, so I went without swimwear, just to find out that the pool was in fact, open.. also, I arrived with a service animal and was charged a $20 pet fee. I inquired as to the large amount and was told that after checkout, the carpets would be shampooed.. now, if i had 2 animals, the deposit would be $40. I guess that means that they would shampoo the room twice.. yet, you could tell that the carpet in the room had not been shampooed in awhile and it was a room for guests with pets.. I feel it's a good scam on they're part.. the breakfast in the morning was acceptable though.. it's probably a good deal if you do not have to rely on a service animal, or have family pets.
