The bacon cheese burger was quite tasty, the bacon is jalapeño flavored and adds great taste not spicy. It was portioned just right not too thin or thick. All is cooked fresh at ordering. Tried the onion rings which are batter coated and they were ok as long as they are hot but once started to cool got mushy, so will try fries next time.

Grumps Burger's are very tasty, reminds me of the old Root beer Hut from up north and if your as old as I am you'll know what I'm talking about. Freshly made burger's, onion rings, or corn nuggets are a great addition to the meal. All your can handle soft drinks. And let's not forget about the "Dirty fries"! I won't even describe those, that way you can go and try them yourself. I also like the fact that you can grab as many peanuts as you want before they bring you the meal. Great service at the one in Burleson, plenty of smile's and friendliness. Prices there are very reasonable, about $26 bucks for a couple.

Great restaurant find, just a small jog off the interstate. The food selection was great, but it was the jalepeno options that sold me on this place. True Texas style, they will add this subtle spicy pepper in your bun, baked in the bacon, sliced on the burger, and better yet in their special ketchup. Yummmm. The place may seem small on the outside, but it's big and can seat many people. It may be called Grumps, but we left very happy!

Great burgers and ice cold beers. It’s easy to see why this place is popular. On this visit I enjoyed the Queso Burger, fries, and a schooner of Ziegenbock. I also opted for the jalapeño bun snd it was great!!! It’s unfortunate for me that this restaurant isn’t more in my general area. But if you have the chance to stop on, do so.
