Normally, I don’t order sides and just get a plate of chow mein, sometimes chow Mein with veggies (i get half and half of each when I do that). Never had a problem before - well today I decided to get two, but one I wanted with a side of chicken for my sister. The man taking my order was so rude, raised his voice at me twice, insisting I had to order it the specific way on the menu, telling me I was confusing him, ect. Made me feel like a kid in trouble for not wanting it the way he kept telling me to order. The young man who checked me out at the cash register was really sweet. I guess I won’t be going back since you have to order a plate with only one entree and only two sides. Didn’t realize you can’t just get a plate of chow mein without sides/just one side dish.

Consistent issues with opening and closing on time. Questionable if you can actually dine in or not as that changes daily. Drove all the way there, according to the hours posted on their door should have opened at 1030, it was 1130 and they were still closed. Food appeared prepped and ready to go, employees inside, not making eye contact or providing a reason for the late start. Get your act together panda, we’re hungry, don’t blame covid.

Disappointed… Went by and had sign they were closing early (7:30- 2.5 hours before closing). As I am looking over what they had and about to order, I find out that they planning to lock the doors before the updated closing of 7:30pm. 😞

The Orange chicken and chicken egg roll were Disgusting and when I called the to see what’s that about the girl that answered said she can’t do anything because there was no manager or team leader present. And the food is not cheap so for my food not to be edible was not enjoyable and I was really disappointed 😔
