I thoroughly enjoy these volleyball courts. The nets are tight and in pristine condition. The sand is like clay but other than that I feel these volleyball courts are comparable to the ones at bear creek park but in a better location.

The volleyball court doesn't have a walking area, but there is a good walking trail very close. It starts one block over, on the other side of the club house.
