We called the office since we were running late from circumstances beyond our control and policy states that he can never be seen by this office again which is pretty ridiculous. I’m a medical receptionist and I’ve never heard of such a stupid policy and it now just limits my son’s choice of providers…. Yeah you’re doing great.

I called to get an appointment a few weeks ago and their availability is very limited. I kindly mentioned that I would try to find another clinic that fitted my schedule and asked if they would send records. I could not find an available pediatrician so I called back to find an appointment for my daughter. They refused to take her back AND ARE DENYING HER MEDICAL CARE SIMPLY BECAUSE I mentioned I might switch providers. They said I have been removed from the clinic and can never go back. THEY ARE RIDICULOUS!

This location is a sister location to my child's main pcp. I scheduled an appointment online yesterday. Recieved an emergency the following day early in the a.m. explaining the appointment had been canceled. I called this locations direct number I'd explained that my appointment had been canceled and why? I was told I should make an appointment when the Sunnyvale location. I explained to the receptionist that they had no availability until two weeks and this by the way is a sick appointment for my child. She then say justs wait until the next appointment. Then quickly says well whats wrong with him. I explained, she then goes oh we can't see him unless he running a fever. Try your pcp for their next appointment. To me it seemed as though she was looking for any reason to decline us to today.Very disappointed will definitely not attempt in the future. I took my son to the E.D. instead.
