Well where to begin... I completed a Rental Application back on 5/18/21, which was recv'd on 5/19/21 and initialed. I feel like I missed an opportunity for housing, not due to self, but due to the negligence of management. I get this whole covid crisis has made ppl a tad bit comfy working from home, but if management drops the ball or fails at doing their job it would be nice to admit it! (where's the accountibility)... Needless to say. I had the opportunity for housing and I was literally overlooked being next on the list (not to mention that I met all deadlines) and then asked would you like to be placed back on our waiting list like nothing; to WHAT wait another 6-7 months? This was not fair by any means!!!!

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING TO THIS PROPERTY!!!!! Rental office is known for stealing tenants money, they have to many people working in the office and then the next they no longer working there always new people in the office.. Property manager so rude and unprofessional ask to speak to her several times regarding giving me my security deposit back since i moved out and she has been ignoring me….THEIR ALWAYS LOSING PAPER WORK THAT IS GIVEN TO THEM i can go on and on. VERY unprofessional property

Names George. And im trying to apply to get a appartment. Im try to give me and my son a better life and i hope there have apartments availible and are will to work with income. Been trying to get a hold of them and it would be an amazing gift to me and my son if i was accepted and got one here.
