This review is long overdue, but I waited for a reason. Been hitting the same set since about 2014 and been improving the game with lessons ever since off and on. As the swing improved, my original game improvement offset irons no longer suited my game. I was recommended to see Club Champion in the early part of 2021 from a friend who is a tremendously gifted player and got fitted himself. Setting up the appointment was a effortless and based on reviews, booked with Joel Lynch. From start to finish, the experience was overwhelmingly exceptional. The facility is mind blowing, with all of the club heads, shafts, etc that you can test. Being so impressed, the initial plan was to just do irons, but I just had to see it through, and do the whole bag, including the putter and could not be happier with my decision. Getting into a few specifics for those that are curious, I truly felt that CC and Joel wanted what was best for me, my budget and game. Although we tested several driver heads, it was decided that my current driver was the best performer, but we improved the shaft. Without a doubt, I was ready to buy a new driver, but it was super cool to know they weren't just looking for the quick sale or to make more money. They wanted the best performing club for me. Same with the wedges, we kept the original heads and changed out the shafts to maximize efficiency and performance. After the irons, driver and wedges, I was more motivated to go for a putter fitting and WOW! I could not believe how much detail goes into finding the right putter for your game, absolutely incredible! So going back to the start of this review, and the reason for the wait...after receiving the entire bag, taking a few lessons, dialing in my new yardages and getting comfortable with the new sticks, I broke 90 for the first time ever, playing for 30 years now! I would highly recommend Club Champion to anyone looking to really dial in their game. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences in golf I've had, and one that I will remember. Club Champion does not sell used clubs; we only offer the latest models available from over 60 golf brands. We work with 2nd Swing for trade-ins, and that process is handled online through our website; we do not take trade-ins in stores.
