Burger is good and tasty and the shakes are very good. Service is slow. But the food outstand the benefit of having one of the best burger choices.

Great food, always hot and I have never had any issues with any order. This is my favorite fast food restaurant and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Due to staff shortages they have had the dining room closed. But thankfully the drive through is still open. My favorite for a late night craving!

The line wait is always forever. I wait 30-45 minutes in the drive thru but it’s the only one near me. The foods good but I hate that they take so long in the drive thru just to get to the window and see all the employees goofing around. I got the entire wrong order once and didn’t even wanna bother try going back through.

I stopped by here yesterday whenever it started raining for a quick bite and some shelter from the rain. Alexandra was my cashier and she was absolutely wonderful and made sure to get my order taken correctly. My food was out promptly and it was hot and fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. I would definitely recommend this Jack in the Box for anyone who is on this side of town. 5 stars
