I’m so happy with the new management at Old Gold Creek now named Remi apartments! Love how fast they fix everything and keep it clean all over the buildings, everything get fixed right away same day! Love these Ladies Patricia, Vanessa, Taloni they treat all the tenants with priority and they care for us a lot! Thank you Ladies! You are the best! 2yrs. The amount of fines that have been "made up" out of no where is insane.. You pay more in fees and fines that the actual rent. The fence has been broken ever since i lived here. Its now missing the actual post to keep the fence from opening. The mailbox door is always broken never has been fixed. There is not sufficient lighting outside of the complex, It does not feel safe! Pet feces has become out of control. But also there are never any pet waste bags outside to use. I had a major water leak, took them a few months to actually paint and put the light fixture back up. The complex has just gone down hill since i moved in. I am not renewing my lease.

I recently moved in to Gold Creek and it was the best decision I have made in a while. Caitlyn is so sweet and has went out of her way to help me. I have had nothing less than pleasant encounters with the leasing people and the maintenance man. I love how safe I feel coming home at night after work. This complex is gated and very well lit. I do wish that other tenants would handle their trash a little better. Nevertheless, if I could have given more stars I would have. I definitely recommend moving here.
