Leo and the crew here was absolutely wonderful! Our Uhaul had an engine problem and they not only jumped on getting us another trailer quickly but 2 of their men moved all of our stuff safely over to the new trailer without us having to do it! I would highly suggest getting your Uhaul from here!

ZERO STARS for the female reps behavior. I was in like waiting my turn (there was only one rep working at the time. While waiting in line a female rep walked in, threw her bags down, and while clearly irritated asked for the next customer in line, that was me. So I walked up to her station told her we needed a truck today, any size, any time, we just had a to move a few big furniture items less than a mile away. She’s huffing, mumbling under her breath, and slamming things. Long story short my spouse and I misunderstood one of the questions she asked and so our answer didn’t apply to what she was needing from us. An honest misunderstanding. she then proceeded to yell at me and my spouse in front of other customers and behaving irate over a small misunderstanding. I was taken aback and honestly concerned about her behavior and I said “actually, you’re being extremely aggressive right now, we will wait to be helped by the other rep” and I stepped out of line and go to the other line, she looked over at the other rep and said “find them a different location. We have no trucks for them.” when we stepped out of line to be helped by a different rep she proceeded to try to mock us with the other customer she was helping “let me know if I’m to aggressive for you..” the other rep ignored her behavior and continued to help us when it was our turn and was able to get us a truck. the female rep that behaved so inappropriately and aggressively was also still wearing a psych hospital bracelet with all her info along with the hospital. I understand she may be struggling mentally but her behavior was unacceptable and concerning

Before I share the bad, I'll share the good. It was easy to set up the appointment. They called in advance, talked through vehicle specs for a trailer hitch installment, and confirmed the install appointment. Perfect! Then I show up for the scheduled appointment, where they tell me they can't work on the car for two more hours. I return in two hours when they tell me they can't install the hitch because they need a lift, and they don't have two people. The SUV is an Infiniti QX55. Upset at this point by getting strung out, I took the hitch home and installed it in under an hour. Note to U-Haul of Denton. You don't have the right staff on hand to support trailer hitch installs. Your location is great for boxes, so I'll be back at your store, but I would never provide a recommendation to someone for hitch installation at your store. Best Regards!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to get a hitch installed and each time I arrived for my appointment they could not find me on the schedule or had forgotten to pick up the part. This happened three times and I finally lost my patience. They are disorganized, non-communicative and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend using a different company.
