Expensive but worth it for food and ambiance. High levels of douche bags but it’s got a high end cigar lounge in downtown Dallas so nothing to do about that. Some severs can be a bit off-puttingly cocky but that’s usually in the lounge area. Selection of cocktails and cigars are stellar and food is very good.

Yes for reservations. The negative comments on the food are unwarranted. We have been going there since 1982 and have never had less than a stellar experience. No tex-mex. Just wonderful steak and seafood. And the best warm green salsa for chips anywhere. One of the few places in town that, although expensive, is worth what you're paying for. And don't skip dessert, whether a cajeta crepe or flaming coffee.
